Alimacani Elementary PTA

Dear Alimacani Elementary School Parents,

Please take a minute to join the Alimacani PTA (AESPTA) for the 2011-2012 school year. Your membership is only $5 per member and your money goes to the PTA. AESPTA than sends $2.50 to the National PTA and $1.25 to the Florida PTA.

AESPTA Fundraisers helped us raise the money needed to provide the many programs each year.

AESPTA uses the money it raises to support the Students and Teachers at Alimacani Elementary School through the programs like Student Recognition and Incentives, Teacher Appreciation, Community Outreach adn FCAT Celebration.

Below are just a few of the things AESPTA did last year and we hope to continue and grow, these events this school year with your support.

Community Outreach - AESPTA Beam Stocking Drive collected over 200 stockings for local lchildren in our area. AESPTA had a team who walked and donated to the Relay for Life walk.

Family Programs - AESPTA hosted many progrmas for our families. Real Men Read Night, Family Fitness Night, Cinema Under the Stars Night, and Spring Arts Night/ BAsket event. All money made at the basket night ws donated to the Alimcani Playground fund.

Student Incentives - AESPTA wanted to recognize students who made a 5 or 6 on the FCAT tasting with an Outback Luncheon/Limo ride. AESPTA hosted FCAT pizza party for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students.

Teacher & Staff Apprecaition - AESPTA hoseted a Welcome back breakfast for the teachers and staff. AESPTA hosted several luncheons including the Staff Appreciation Week luncheon.

Thank you for you assistnace in supporting Alimacani Elementary School. We Look forward to another successful year.

WIN A NOOK.

Join AESPTA before September 30th and be

 entered into a drawing for a nook.

For every person that joins their name will

go into the drawing.  So, if Bobby, Mom,

Dad, Grandma, and Grandpa pay their $5

membership fee wach one will have their

name in the drawing to win the nook.

Hurry, the drawing is for a limited time. 

The drawing is open to everyone that joins

 the AESPTA between now and

September 30th, so join EARLY!

HOW TO JOIN

Please fill out the AESPTA Membership Envelope.  Have your student return it to his/her teacher.  Or you can drop it off in the front office.

If your student did not come home with a AESPTA membership envelope, please take a moment to stop by the front office, membership envelopes are located in teh forms rack in the main office.

Please come by the PTA table at Open House Night.  All PTA memeber cards will be sent home with your student.  So be on the lookout for an envelope with your membership card(s), coupon card and coupons.
