A message from your PTA President….

Welcome to the 2010- 2011 school year. I am very excited and honored to have such an important role in supporting our Alimacani Family. This is my 5^th year at this wonderful school. Alimacani PTA is excited to “Celebrate 20 for the Tribe”. Our school will celebrate its 20th Anniversary this year. We hope our Alimacani families will help us celebrate this great achievement.

                Alimacani PTA has been working hard this summer on many programs for this coming year. This fall we will start with a bang. Mark your calendars for our 2^nd annual Fall Carnival. It will be on Saturday, October 16 from 11am -5pm. You won’t want to miss the exciting activities we have planned for it. We are looking forward to having all Alimacani families come out and spend the day together. .

                Our fall fundraiser kicks off on August 30 and runs until September 13. Our fundraisers provide the necessary funds for the many programs that the PTA offers to the children and families at Alimacani.

                We would like to encourage all Alimacani families to join the PTA. With your $5.00 membership, you will support our efforts to ensure every child reaches his/her potential. Our goal is to have 100% of the parents join. Help us reach 100%!

                The PTA will be having a very full slate of programs for which we will be needing volunteers. Please see the volunteer form in your packet. We look forward to meeting all of you! Alimacani has always been fortunate to have excellent, caring parents. Thank you for caring not only about your children but also about all the children of the Alimacani Family.
